Kate Elliott is a London-based photographer and visual artist.
Kate graduated from London College of Communication (UAL) in 2009 with an MA in Photography. Her work has been exhibited and published internationally, including at The National Portrait Gallery and The Photographers’ Gallery, London, and The Museum of Moscow as part of the 2014 International Biennale for Young Art.
Much of Kate’s work delves into ideas surrounding identity and representation, with process and transformation playing an important role. Through her work, she raises questions about the relationship between the self and other, the public and private, and the natural and built environments.
Kate is also one half of artist collaboration KEEM. Through methodology, ongoing discussion and debate, KEEM produces work which continuously questions subjectivity, materiality and identity.
